People can now fix their mortgages for term for as little as 3.99 %. the cost of Long term fixed deals have fallen and many economist say the base rate will not increase from the low 0.5 % for 2 years. But be beware some long term deals come with steep exit penalties if the homeowner
needs to move to another home or unable to transfer the mortage to a new purchase property.
