A County Court in assessing the reasonableness of leasehold service charges, elected to to transfer specified issues to the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal under schdedule 12 of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, it was not open to the Tribunal to determine other issues in the proceedings which had not been specifically transferred.
