The HSBC has announced this morning that they have opened there pannel to Conveyancing Quality Scheme members. The HSBC initailly had 43 members on the pannel are now opening it out to more members .This will come into force in August this year. All CQS member will be able to handle case for properties upto £150000. This is great news for clients that want a mortgage from the HSBC because this gives them a wider choice of conveyancing Solicitors to choose from.
